T&Cs

GENERAL RULES

All campers or customers agree to adhere to the campsite rules, terms & conditions and campsite opening times. These are all displayed at the entrance to reception or on our website.

In the event of an infraction, the campsite reserves the right to take the suitable decision (expulsion of any customers breaking campsite rules, with no prior warning or refund).
Rental prices are inclusive of tax (20% VAT applies). Any later changes to the applicable VAT rate may cause a change in the tax-inclusive price, which the customer accepts unconditionally.

The primary signatory is responsible for the rented equipment. They must be able to prove their public liability insurance.

It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the shared areas and inside rental accommodation.

PITCHES

The camper accepts the pitch as is. They cannot hold the campsite accountable in the event of damage caused by bad weather or natural disaster, or in the event of theft.

The pitch must be released at the end of their stay and left as it was found.

1 vehicle is permitted per pitch.
Tents, caravans or campervans must be pitched at the pitch indicated, in line with the instructions given by the manager or their representative.

To extend their stay, campsite users are invited to notify reception at least 24 hours before their initial scheduled departure, in order to pay any extra charges incurred and depending on pitch availability.

Campers wishing to leave before reception is open must warn reception in order to organise their departure formalities.

Payment: Balance is due upon arrival. Guests must check out by 12pm and check in from 2pm onwards.

RENTAL ACCOMMODATION

The booking will only become effective once the duly signed and completed rental contract has been received, accompanied by a 30% down payment on the overall stay total.

Accommodation is rented for strictly personal use: any sub-letting or cession of the rental accommodation to a third party is forbidden.

Guests must check out before 10.30am and check in from 3pm onwards.
An inventory is given upon check-in and must be handed back to reception, signed, on the day.

Security deposit: 250 euros.

A deposit is requested upon arrival to cover any damages to the rental accommodation.
This deposit will be returned to you upon check-out after completion of the outgoing inventory.

CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS AND EARLY DEPARTURE

In the event of an inaccurate declaration by the lessee, for any booking, the present contract will be rightfully cancelled and the sums retained by the campsite.

To uphold your lease, you must warn us of any delayed arrival. Unless we hear from you within 24 hours of your scheduled arrival time, any payments made will not be refunded. Payment for any stay that has begun is due in full: no reduction is agreed in the event of late arrival or early departure. The campsite reserves the right to reassign the lease upon first request.

We ask that any visitors kindly declare themselves at reception.
